SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT
Recovery starts here—with dignity, structure, and comprehensive support. Elite Care offers a range of outpatient substance abuse services to help individuals break the cycle of addiction and reclaim their lives.
Our Programs:
Individual Therapy:
Weekly one-on-one sessions over 8–10 weeks.
Group Therapy:
90-minute sessions, twice a week, fostering shared growth and accountability.
SACOT (Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment):
Intensive 4-hour daily group sessions (5x/week for 16–18 weeks).
The Matrix Model:
A holistic, 16–18 week program combining relapse prevention, education, peer support, and clinical guidance for stimulant and substance dependency
SUPERVISED GROUP HOME
Our licensed residential program in North Carolina (5600A – Supervised Living for Adults with Mental Illness) provides 24/7 support in a safe, welcoming home setting. Designed for individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities, our group home balances support with the dignity of independence.
What Residents Receive:
Assistance with daily living activities
Medication administration and management
Transportation to medical and community appointments
Nutritious meals, utilities, and basic cable
Access to enrichment activities promoting community integration
